Wilberto Lester Lopez, MD, FACC
Dr Lopez is a fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist who has been providing expert cardiovascular and nuclear cardiology care in Central Florida for more than 20 years. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and carried out his internal medicine residency at Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston. He thereafter completed his four-year advanced subspecialty training in interventional cardiology at the University of Vermont. Dr Lopez joined the AdventHealth family when the cardiology practice to which he has belonged since 2003 became part of AdventHealth Medical Group in 2021.
