For 25 years, used Hill Country Medical with no real issues. Same doctor, good relationship. Enter the corporation and its money grubbing, insensitive, and incompetent staff. Talk about going downhill fast. Don't even think they will help you get a prescription issue straightened out without charging nearly $300 for visits you've already paid for. Feel sorry for those trapped in their system. Doomed, especially if they are on Medicare.
