Dr. Beams is a sports physician for Kean College, Cranford High School, Millburn High School, Clark High School, all located in New Jersey. Dr. Beams says, "My love of medicine began when I was working to become an Eagle Scout. I believe in treating each of my patients as a whole and partnering with them to help them achieve their health and health care goals."
A fellow of the American College of Medical Quality, Dr. Beams is a diplomate of the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons and American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, American Society for Sports Medicine, Union County Osteopathic Medical Society, American Society for Sports Medicine, and Cranford New Jersey Board of Health. Dr. Beams is Past President of the Union County Osteopathic Medical Society and Former Secretary of the Medical Inter-insurance Exchange of New Jersey.
When he is not working with his patients, Dr. Beams enjoys golf, raising orchids, and playing guitar.

Michael E. Beams, DO, FACMQ, specializes in family medicine with a focus in sports medicine.
