Very disappointed. Try to contact him continously 40 hours and couldnt get any response. Left many many voice messages with urgent requests, send many messages through patient portal for urgent help regarding a form that was agreed to be provided on time. but, even after it shows the messages are read, not even got a reply. Its a real mental stress i experienced. I cannot imagine that someone read my messages for such an urgent humble request and did not even bother to reply. Definetely very unprofessional. Front desk staff was rude
