They could answer their phones like a normal business establishment….. why any company is so lazy about actually answering their phones when everyone is walking around with their phone glued to their hand is beyond me. It’s tacky and just plain rude.

How am I ever supposed to make an appt? I’ve been calling since July 1st.

I had to leave an addl message as the original was never acknowledged and returned.

Only to call and get the same response message, not to leave duplicate message yadda yadda yadda.

Then ‘George’ calls back and says to call number left on vm only to get the same repetitive routine of don’t call us we’ll call you.

Is this just a game?
