I have been seeing Dr. Godwin since July 2019. My experience with him has proven to me that he is a very smart, skilled, versatile and holistic professional who takes a genuine interest in the total person he is treating. He patiently and attentively listens and takes his time, not rushing through conversations or treatments. Due to the seriousness of my overall spinal problems, Dr. Godwin has proven to be a ‘god-send’ for me.

I initially saw Dr. Godwin because I learned that he is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate. Only one other chiropractor is 30 years has been able to move a troublesome thoracic vertebra in my back. That person was a Palmer graduate. Other chiropractors have used the crush or smash method which was painful and mostly unsuccessful. My hope was that Dr. Godwin would have the same or a similar technique in his technique tool box as the other Palmer doctor. Happily, he did and what a relief for me!
That vertebra will go out periodically since the area is unstable and thoracic surgery is ill-advised for me. So having Dr. Godwin nearby to move it to its proper location is reassuring and a blessing.

One final note: At one point, Dr. Godwin sat with me to view my x-rays and he slowly and carefully took me through the films of my entire spine including visible areas adjacent to my spinal column. He explained exactly what he saw and what it meant. He patiently listened to and answered my questions along the way. No one has done that for me before. I now have a more thorough understanding of my complicated spinal problems than ever before. And I am assured that he knows exactly what he is dealing with when treating me.

I now see Dr. Godwin for total chiropractic care and I highly recommend him to others.
