DECEMBER 3, 2019 ~ New DDS at ASPEN CANANDAIGUA,NY, LESIA PIRMAND:
Dr. P (Iswara Parvathaneni, DDS the owner) and Dr. Kashi were great with my 90 year old Dad, treating him and me with kindness and respect, but new DDS Lesia Pirmand is a real piece of work refusing to let me, his daughter and caregiver, be present as usual for procedures. I should have recognized this as a RED FLAG and left right then and there, unfortunately, I submitted to her wishes and sat out in the waiting room. When the Office Manager confronted me explaining that this was Office Policy, I asked for a copy of the policy. What she provided me with was no more than was posted on the wall in the waiting room with NO mention of the supposed policy not allowing me to be present. (Consultation with Dad's dentist, as the ADA recommends, was never a problem in the past, as a matter of fact it was welcomed.) Dad now has a mouth full of gold that looks hideous!! I take offense at PIRMAND using my Dad as a Guinea Pig for her ugly, sloppy dental work! : ( ZERO personality, unfriendly & unprofessional! STAY AWAY!!
