Love this place. Been very helpful and staff is great. On only complaint is never getting thru to them. Even with the line that goes to the office. Instead of getting mad - we drive over and bug them.

I was in the clinic to review blood work I had done. The nurse was fine, handled routine stuff and then started giving me a cognative test. I told her I did not care to take the test and she said fine. A while later the nurse practitioner came in sat down and said we have some things we have to talk about and started talking about the cognative test telling me it was required. I told her no it was not required and my past PCP insisted I take it also that insurance required it. I called my insurance provider, Humana, and asked them, the nurse I spoke to said no it is not required and if you do not want to take it just refuse. This nurse practitioner, Sandra Marion, told me it was required by Medicare not my insurance and if I did not take the test it could affect my benefits.
I knew she was not being truthful, she would not even look at me when she was telling me this. I told her I would not take it until I found out if Medicare requires it. When I got home I researched it and Medicare does not require it and no one can force you to take the test.
Why do so called professionals lie about a medical test they for some reason want you to take. I will never go back to this person for treatment again because I cannot trust her to tell me the truth.
