Scheduled a Physical for 9:50. I was there at 9:20 to complete paperwork. as it was my first appointment. I was not taken back to the room until 10:30 and did not see a doctor until 11:15. I was also not told I needed to be fasting for a physical and they were upset that I had not fasted. As I was leaving I was asked to schedule a follow-up appointment to go over my physical results, I have never had another doctor do this. It felt like they just wanted me to come back so that they could bill insurance again. When I called to ask why the claim hadn't come through my insurance, as I am required to have a physical done each year by my employer, they said it could take months to show up. I had a baby this year and the claims came through in about a week. the ladies in the office were nice but had no concept of time. In short, I would not recommend this office if you are looking for a timely and accurate service.
