She holds a MA in Transpersonal Studies, with a Specialization in Applied Spirituality from AU. Her practice specializes in Reiki healing, Reflexology, and Hypnosis and uses gentle, comfortable hypnosis using Mind/Body remedies. Had some hypnosis and past life regression sessions with Helen.  Didn't think I would be able to do it but Helen expertly guided me through the sessions and made me feel safe/secure to go deeper.  Learned a lot about issues for which I had questions for many years.  Sessions were very helpful and gave me insights into issues I had been dealing with for a long time.

I wanted to learn Reiki for my thriving Elder Care Business. I signed up for Helen’s Holy Fire Reiki I & II classes. I learned so much. Reiki has so much history and a huge following in the alternative medicine field. Helen was professional and very patient with me as I had never had guided meditation before.

Helen introduced me to sending positive energies, healing via distant scanning and the principles for Holy Fire Reiki.

My Elder clients appreciate the extra care I give in regards to hands on healing and meditation. Looking forward to getting my Master Reiki certification.
I plan to learn dowsing too just for fun!
