I visited my sister. I am her health proxy. I believe so far the care is excellent. Place is spotless no odor which means clean patients. My sister said her care is good. When I compare this facility to one she was in last year it's 100% better. Definitely giver 5 stars out of 5. Today my sister was discharged April 9 2024. Michael the nursing supervisor is awesome. He takes time for every need despite his busy schedule. He kept me informed of anything I needed to know. He also has patience of a saint. I have always witnessed the staff being busy. Never have I seen any staff member waste time. They try to care for everyone. Thank you Meadowbrook Care Center you I still give this place a 5 and God forbid I need PT5 I would choose this place

Dad spent 3 months there for rehab. The nurses and staff were great. The staff in the recreation department was so friendly and nice. My dad loved playing bingo and going up there for the live entertainment. The aides were all great and the staff became like family. I would suggest regardless of meadowbrook or any other rehab it is super important to be ontop of your loved one and their care. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I would recommend trying them.
