I paid for 4 platinum hydrafacial package. The last two were provided by Amber after Heather left your office. I have been very disappointed. Heather made these sessions relaxing and rejuvenating. Amber spends too much time talking even though I cued her that I would like to relax. Also my last one which is supposed to last 60 minutes lasted less than 35 minutes. Look at my check out time to confirm. I am also very disappointed that Ivette is now gone. I have spent thousands of dollars and driven an hour and a half to get there over the past years but I will not be back.
