I was seen here for 5 weeks with no improvement. I ended up going elsewhere and the difference was unbelievable. I was never given any sense of a plan of treatment at all. There was a significant lack of communication around my treatments. I asked several times what I should be doing between appointments and was not given any stretches or exercises to do at home. I had no idea why they were doing the things they were and how it was supposed to be helping. I also was never seen by a Physical Therapist only an Athletic Trainer. The staff was friendly and the office and equipment was nice.
