I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
