Dr Lester is a Board-certified radiation oncologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute providing care to patients in Orlando and Sanford, Florida. Dr Lester received his medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed his internship and residency in Radiation Oncology at Indiana University Hospitals. He was Chief Resident and authored research on testicular cancer and intraoperative radiotherapy. He later joined the Oschner Cancer Institute in New Orleans as Assistant Director and Acting Chairman of Radiation Oncology and was also involved in clinical research. Serving Central Florida patients since 1988, he co-founded Central Florida Cancer Care Center in 2004.
