Even though he is supposed to be my primary doctor, I swear to God that I have not seen him ever. I have called several times to inquire about my lab work and the like, the answer has always been as follows: Dr. Juburi is busy, Dr. Juburi is currently with another patient, and Dr. Jubur is out of the office. In my first appointment, some other doctor, who never introduced herself to me, was covering for him. I set up the appointment as to meet with him. I was NOT informed of the change until I was in the room. Since then, I have been trying to get a hold of him, but all in vain. I really have nothing against him. In fact, it is extremely hard to judge him simply because-as I stated earlier, I have never seen him in person or talked to over the phone. But I am glad that I have not gotten to meet him. In fact, I do not feel like going back to him anymore. I wish I had not spent 12 years of my life working on a doctorate degree. I could have gone to Iraq or Syria (where medicine is taught in Arabic) and gotten my medicine degree. Dr. Juburi: please remember that you have been entrusted with people's lives that must save and protect. Money comes and goes. In all cases, we all will die one day and none of us will take their money with them-only good deeds, sir.
ONE LAST THING: Showing interest in HOCKEY (i.e., pictures on wall, etc) will not make people like and respect you. Caring for your patients is much more valuable. Ooopps Hockey was Iraq's favorite game, especially during Sadam's rule, where everything was banned. I guess this is irrelevant. But seriously???

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
