The focus oh work by Dr. Wardle has included a wide range af adjustment challenges for individuals and families. After completing two Masters degrees and a Ph.D.,from Columbia University, she completed the postdoctoral program in family therapy at Georgetown University. Dr. Wardle is a certified school psychologist in NY and NJ, and she holds private practice licenses as a mental health provider in Massachusetts and Colorado as well as New York. She is extensively trained in clinical hypnosis, has been an Approved Consultant with the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and was the founding President of the Clinical Hypnosis Association of NE New York. She is a past President of the Psychological Association of NE New York and is the recipient of their Distinguished Psychologist award.
In addition to extensive training in psychology, Dr. Wardle holds a degree and additional list-graduate training in the culinary arts and has been a certified culinarian. She h has utilized this background to assist clients with eating disorders and food related matters and behavior change.
