Onboarding was quick as you can fill out most of everything through the web. The wait time was minimal, about 5mins before I was seen by the doctor, Dr. Diaz is knowledgeable, asks good questions, and gives you the time to describe your situation. He also has good sense of humor and is makes you feel comfortable.
