It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They offer the best pricing for cash pay patients. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of my child. I had a great experience. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Dr. McDonald explains everything to my child in a way my little boy will understand. Dr. McDonald is very straight forward and to the point which puts me at ease right away. His advise is always very clear and his years of experience shows. I appreciate everyone in this office for being so efficient.

They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. My child absolutely loves Russell Mc Donald, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
