There is no ease in making appointments. Unless someone cancels around the time that you call, you can expect at least 2-5 days of waiting for one.
Most of the staff is friendly, although there are a couple that obviously don't like their job.
Dr. Breeling himself is very friendly and spends plenty of time with his patients. His diagnosis is correct for the most part. I only say that because if (after running test) he doesn't find a problem, he doesn't follow up but instead waits for you to call back.
My biggest problem is when I leave messages. I have to call (on average) at least 2-3 times for a response. When the pharmacy faxes a request for Rx refills, they never get answers. After they send a couple of requests, I have to call a time or two for a response. Even then, I do not usually get a call but luckily my pharmacy texts me when Rx's are ready or I would never know. The last time (before I switched Dr's) was when I went into an emergency room because my blood pressure was extremely high after a week of requests for a refill of a medicine that controls my blood pressure.
