Dr. Rogerson is a doctor who listens and offers helpful information. She takes the time to make a patient comfortable with an exam and discusses options afterwards.

However, the office does not seem as patient-oriented. I called to talk with someone who handled insurance because I am considering changing insurance companies. I wanted to know which companies would cover my claims with Dr Rogerson. The woman who answered the phone asked for my name, which I gave, and then my DOB. I explained I was looking for general information about which networks the practice was included in, but the woman refused to connect me unless she could pull my file. I explained this was not related to me, but to the insurance companies the practice worked with. She kept asking for my DOB. We went round and round, but apparently this was their rule. She referred me to the website.
