Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They really did an outstanding job making sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly and completely. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Dr. Gottlieb gave us all the time we needed, and carefully and thoroughly explained the findings on our son's diagnostic tests. He even personally called several months later to find out how our son was doing.
