Their staff turned away a sick patient today because they show an outstanding bill of $40 from a checkup visit last month. I have checked my records and have NO outstanding bills, meanwhile they are refusing a visit when we've used their office for over 10 years!!!
I feel the doctor is very thorough and I never feel rushed so I don't really mind that my appointment is usually quite lengthly but they could space out appointments more to accomodate time spent with all patients. I also feel that there should be at least 1 day per week that the patient could get a 5 or 5:30pm appointment. My employer does not take kindly to leaving early all the time.
