They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
