When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

We had some smaller issues with them regarding insurance procedures. However, I felt as a new patient that I received high pressure about cosmetic dental procedures where you are given before and after pictures on the first visit. While my teeth are not perfect; most people comment on how nice my teeth look! So, I can just imagine what happens to other people who have more dental issues and low self esteem. The last straw was making me wait three days to be seen by a dentist for a chipped front tooth. They knew it was an emergency, but did not care. I had it repaired by another dentist who did a wonderful job the same day I called to request an emergency appointment. The bonding was perfect as was the color match! Maybe it was a bad personality match, you decide. I care more about dental health than cosmetic procedures. Moreover, I need a dentist who can come to my aid when I have an emergency to keep it from becoming worse. Consequently, if this new dentist suggests a cosmetic procedure which will lessen other dental issues, I am more likely to be open to his thoughts on the subject.
