The injector seemed very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.me. I am not going to refer my family and friends here, because after the fact I discovered that the injector was overly enthusiastic, and gave me 17 more units of botox than recommended by another very well respected plastic surgery center. This resulted in an eyebrow droop. I just wasn't that impressed. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. The injector actually said "oops" once. Guess I should have left then. I could tell her entire attention wasn't focused on me. I like that they have a walk-in botox policy, but I would prefer waiting for an appointment and being given more conservative but effective treatment.
