I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
