I saw Dr. Kielb in 2010. NW is a teaching hospital, however I was made to feel that my past treatment was completely wrong. When I left I was to have a CT. Following the CT I received no call back from the Dr. Kielb only her nurse. No continuing treatment was offered nor would she return my calls. I ended up in the hospital and she continued not to return or help with my treatment. Luckily my Primary Care doctor recommended a new Uro who treated me surgically and visited me regurlarly while in the hospital. He answered my questions and provided me the service I was desperately in need of. I did call NW and put a complaint in. Very unprofessional and shocking behavior from a healthcare provide.

I was at Northewestern for cardiac issues, a large mass was found in my right kidney, resulting in a radical nephrectomy. Dr. Kielb and team provided the highest care and concern for my well being. I applaud them and thank trhem for the care provided.
