I originally switched to Dr. Viscarello not because I was having a high risk pregnancy, but because I wanted the attention and care that I had heard he would give me. My husband and I sat with him for well over an hour during our initial consultation and he always emphasized how his role was to always help me feel empowered to make the best decisions for my baby. Ironically, I ended up going into labor at 32 weeks! Dr Viscarello and I joked that I was supposed to be his easy pregnancy! As a team, Dr Viscarello, his associate Dr. Elfarra, my husband and I made decisions that allowed me to get to 35.5 weeks before my little man arrived safely! We were all released within 2 days. Not only did Dr Viscarello check on us while in the NICU, his office called to make sure everything was going well once we were home.
The waiting room is comfortable, you never feel cramped and in other people's space. The nurses, receptionists and billing department are all pleasant and friendly people.
You might have to wait maybe at most 10-15 minutes, but the appointments are never rushed. I truly believe this wait time is because every patient is getting the attention that they need and deserve. Never bothered me a bit!
I was hesitant to switch to Dr. Viscarello after having lived in NYC and delivered all three of my boys there under excellent care. But to my surprise and delight, Dr. Viscarello provided even more excellent care than I previously experienced. He is not only an incredible and skilled doctor but he also showed great compassion in a very heartbreaking miscarriage.
