One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

After a local Dr. recommended him, I scheduled a routine appointment with Dr. Madrid and I made him my primary care physician as soon as I got home. Dr. Madrid has the right combination of being extremely knowledgeable and proficient while making me feel comfortable as a patient. I feel like I can tell him anything without feeling embarrassed or judged.

When I recently got hurt and had to go to the hospital, Dr. Madrid found out on his own, called me at home, and was very concerned/involved with my follow-up care.

Dr. Madrid is also very talented with wounds or conditions of the skin. He knows how to minimize scarring and he is very skilled in various cosmetic procedures.

His staff is surprisingly helpful as well and his office is brand new and very spacious. Spanish-speaking patients will find his office very accommodating too.
