A non definitive test for ovarian cancer was used for no reason other than that I have cysts on my ovaries. The results were a little high so it was suggested that I go to an oncologist/gynocologist/surgeon that she recommended. I ended up at Sloan Kettering only to find out that there was no evidence of cancer. I also heard from other doctors that the blood test that was used is not used by doctors because of all of the false positives it gives. It is a test that is used on women who have ovarian cancer. Of course the surgeon she suggested, that I never went to, sent me a letter saying that I should go to him because of my condition.I never sent him paperwork and I never met him!! And, to top it off, I never heard from her with test results or recommendations as it was all done through the front desk.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
