Never will I ever return to this office. I called to update my prescription for birth control that I have been on for the past five years. I wasn't able to make it to a check up, but since the suggested time period for a PAP is 2 years (I was well within that), I figured I'd be okay.

The nurse on the phone spoke to me like I was some kind of birth control "junkie" just trying to get my "fix!!" I have never in my life been spoken to in such a tone, she made me feel like I was crazy for even asking to get a refill without a check up! After she hung up I was hysterically crying, called another OB GYN in the area and explained my issue, and they couldn't believe this office gave me such a hard time. I've had all my records transferred over and will never be going here again.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.
