I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of my daughter. I had a great experience.
