I am new to Medicare an Dr Nuss Was Assigned to me....When I called her office to schedule a new pt exam I was told that "She was not accepting new patients" but they would get back to me to resolve the situation....After 3 weeks of waiting I still had not received a call I called back i was put on hold for 10 min...hung up called back... This time I was told I needed to call Medicare and get a new PCP assignment. This physician should not be allowed to say she is accepting new clients when she is not.......Or maybe she is avoiding Medicare patients because she gets paid less, or because they are a higher risk or maybe it is because who knows at this point ...Her office cost me almost a month of my time without even an apology.....So much for giving the small town Dr a chance.....Blah Blah Blah... A formal complaint is filed .

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I did not feel very welcome. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
