I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Patient comfort is a top priority here starting with their wonderfully comfortable chairs in the waiting room to making sure you have everything you need during the session to feel at ease and relaxed. They have some of the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen and I'm honestly surprised I didn't fall asleep in it because it was that comfortable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
