She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire her for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when she doesn't have an answer to my question--she even got a book from a specialist in Boston to get more info about my case. She isn't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident she always have my best interest at heart. When I arrived for my appointment she seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
