Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. The doctor I saw diagnosed me as having "stuff and junk" in my eye. Two days later I ended up in an emergency room with a severe eye problem that required an emergency opthamologist to be called in. I'm furious I even have to pay the bill for this guy!
