Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Nurse Stephen Holmes was the best staff all had !

I used to work for this company also I know all the inside jobs that they do. DO NOT PUT A LOVED ON IN THIS FACILITY!! I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
