I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

This was a horrible experience for me! I saw Dr. Grant only one time and saw one of the nurses,Peggy, every time. Huuuuge waste of time!! Everytime I had an appointment it would take at least 45min to an hour before I actaully got to see her. And my appointments never lasted more than five minues. So what in the world was she doing while I was waiting an hour!! She just asks a few basic quesitons, checks a few boxes, and keeps writing perscriptions. So if you just want pills easily, but not to really be cared for or helped this is the place for you. Everytime I tried to fill my perscription it was ridiculous. They have horrible communication, plus they don't care about their patients and their hours are unbelievable. They rarely work, so good luck with that. I'm sure that's why the office stays so booked because there is a small window of time to actually have an appt. The final straw for me was I ran out of meds and no one would help me or give me samples until my next appt. They booked my next appt a month out! I had serious withdrawals from my meds. You would think that would be malpractice to withhold medication that radically effects your body, which I have been on for two years. I finally called the emergency # for Dr. Grant because nothing else worked. The receptionists and nurses are no help. I got samples for now and will go see a GOOD DR!

Owing to a sudden relationship breakup, I had some issues with depression that had never before been evident. On my first visit, the staff were very supportive and attentive, but this vanished rather quickly afterward.

I have had issues with my insurance covering the medications prescribed to me, and got minimal assistance from this office addressing them. In the end, after $300 in visits and not a single prescription being filled, I reached out to my primary care physician, who prescribed something to me. I know that there is a school of thought that believes it is better to see a licensed psychiatrist for issues like this, but in all honesty, I felt as if the same amount of attentiveness was given at my primary care physician's office than at this one, and this office's actions only compounded my problems and added additional frustration that I did not need.

In my opinion, this practice is average, at best. I am certain there are better resources out there.
