They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
Both my husband and son use this practice. Son sees Dr Grant. Husband sees Nurse Practitioner. I have to stay on top of things with research and ask a lot of questions. I have to do that with all of our doctors.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

Run don t walk. After being treated years by another doctor I moved to the Bedford location and tried going to Dr. Grant. He immedatly changed my medications upon my first visit. I didnt think very much of this at first however i was afraid of adverse reactions because I had experienced that in the past. However When the new year rolled around and I found that my new perscription was in the neighborhood of $400.00 per month I had an issue that I reported to the office. They truely were not understanding. I just wanted my old perscription and that was unacceptable to them. I kept getting the run around i was goingto have to make an appointment and such. Finally they did change my perscription only the dose was changed and it was still for the incorrect medication. I gave up. There is just no dealing with this group believe me I tried for weeks.
