Dr. Epstein was very kind and considerate. He took as much time as I needed to understand his diagnosis. I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of doctor.

We met Dr. Epstein through Flagstaff Medical Center when in the hospital. He is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. He seemed to genuinely care about the aspects of pain and other concerns. He was always instilling hope and shared the plan of how to get there. He is a God-send to this family.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm absolutely going to be recommending them to all my friends and family. I think everyone I know should know about this place. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
