I have a passion for helping others make healthier lifestyle choices. I myself was overweight, and I know the pitfalls of being this way. my doctor told me that if I didn’t loose the weight, I wouldn’t live a long life. This scared me coming from him, so I started an exercise program and changed my diet and here I am 70 pounds lighter. I lover to help others who were going through the same problems that I was going through, because I can relate so much to them.
