Changing your eating habits

Changing your eating habits can be a very hard thing to do.If you are used to eating a certain way , the change won't happen over night. If you have been eating a lot of unhealthy food for a long time, don't try to start eating healthy the same day. You have to slowly change your bad eating habits to healthy eating habits.

It won't happen overnight, but it will happen

Say for instance that you like to eat pizza a lot or whatever you like that is unhealthy. You could cut back on your portions of the unhealthy food you are eating, and replace it with something healthy, say some fruit. Start doing this slowly every day and before you know it, you will be eating nothing but healthy food. It took me a while to learn this. When you do this you will see your energy level soar like a rocket.

Stay motivated and you will get their!

When you change your eating habits over completely, you will notice that those same foods that you were so crazy about don't even taste good anymore. This was how I was able to loose over 70 pounds and be able to keep it off for more than 7 years!

You just have to find your motivation. Ask yourself why do I want to loose this weight in the first place? I find out what has motivated me was not to forget how it feels like to be overweight and weighing in at 270 pounds. Believe me, it's not a good feeling at all.

Did deep and go for it!
