telephone rep very opinionated and confrontational like a career government worker he(name withheld) has no concern for customer only for what he believes is problem.Told me the Patient (me) has no business in the process they are following to get the CPAP replacement i desperately need my old one failed and the doctor has noy filled out a form properly according to him ( he has a prescription from my physiician) but he has refused to honor prescription and pressure settions because this is a replacement not a new issue of device ...so i can't sleep with out stopping breathing 3-8 times per hour and waking my wife .I am 76 years old and have been without a cpap for 6-7 weeks help don't recommend
