Criminal or just criminally incompetent. After a small electrical fire in our apartment, my fiancee (asthmatic) couldn't use our c-pap machine. We took the machine back to Brownings and rented a replacement. I dropped the old one off and heard nothing else about it. Later, I had a billing question and found out that Brownings denied my ever returning the original machine. 2+ weeks of phone tag with them didn't resolve anything. I know I brought it back and have no idea what became of the machine. If you HAVE to do business with these crooks, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I will never go there again.
I just couldn't seem to get all of my questions answered here. Every time I called I seemed like more a nuisance than anything, so I just gave up. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
Mr. Wolf is a jerk and could not fix any of my concerns and Diane does bot know how to do her job. She is lazy and waits until the last minute. It's a family owned business so I doubt that anything will be fixed. I am done using Mom and Pop shops. They treat people like garbage. Apparently James and Colleen Hunter are to good to talk to consumers. I guess they don't care about customer satisfaction. Mr. Wold said they don't handle complaints. Well they need to get off the gold course and see what idiots they have working and running their business. If you are in a wheelchair and want a place that cares about your needs go to a larger company not this Mom and Pop place.
