Very PATIENT friendly. I have been with LINCARE OF MELBOURNE for many years. I know they are always available whenever I need them for help. LAURA, SHARON and all of the staff have been there for me. Long wait time on phone to try & get my CPAP machine. Customer Service is lacking. Hearing "thank you for calling, your call is important to us, someone will be with your shortly." over 15 times does not show MY CALL IS IMPORTANT. THEN I finally get someone to answer the phone & find out that I just got an answering service for the SECOND day in a row, its UNSAT. I told them if I don't hear from them in 1 hour, I'm taking my business elsewhere and I will take my husband Walter Newberry's business elsewhere too. Answering service says" If you don't hear from them in 1 hour, call back & ask for Kenneth Chambers, Mgr of Service Center. Sorry, I don't hear from them, they lose my business
