WOW!

What a change!

A year ago I would never have thought of putting my father in law at Willow Ridge but he was in need of Therapy and I was told to give Willow Ridge another look. What a difference a few months make. They have a new Administrator and Director of Nursing and you can really see the difference. The building is cleaner, the odors are gone, they have gotten some quality staff to join them. My father in law LOVED Willow Ridge! The CNA's were friendly, the nurses were attentive, the food was delicious and he received EXCELLENT therapy that allowed him to return home safely. I strongly recommend the " New and Improved Willow Ridge"!

Some nursing staff went above what would be expected but many of 3rd shift did not earn that keep. PT was just fair and food was fair. We removed our family member before the slotted Medicare/ins days was met.

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

We had a family member on the alzhemers hall(C-hall)...It was awful..The smell of feces was very bad...We were there 24/7 all day and all night,saw a lot of neglect and one male and female patient were in bed together.He had his hand on her breast.The CNA'S were laughing until my sister saw it and said it needed to be stopped....We took our Mom out of Willow Ridge...After she was home she would hold her arms above her head and cry and say I don't do it....She also had some bleeding they said was coming from a UTI...Which she didn't have a UTI....I PRAY THAT MAMA AND GOD FORGIVES US FOR PUTTING HER IN THAT HELL HOLE.....Everyone I talk to has bad things to say about that place...

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Yes, it was downright irritating!
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Ashley and her husband do a phenomenal job of running this facility. They go above and beyond to fix a problem, make a resident more comfortable and are always available for the family. When my husband's grandmother passed away, Ashley actually came in and sat with him till other family members could arrive. This does not have the "corporate" feel - which is a really BIG plus. Ashley and her husband do their best to make it home. If they ever go to another nursing facility to run it, I would follow them. They are great!
