Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
This nursing/rehab facility has been undergoing a transition over the last 6-8 months (2012). During this time, service has improved, but there is still room for improvement. Communications with staff for follow up on care/health issues to family members is lacking. Rehab department is excellent.
