Some of the CNA's attitudes were horrible...read a lot of bad reviews about this place I could definitely see why on my first visit..front office seem very pleasant:)

My mother was there approximately 35 days. I immediately bought to their attention that my mom couldn't hear her TV even with her hearing aid. I asked maintenance guy when we soon arrived and then repeatedly told every nurse and aid tending to her and also staff coordinator, but it fell on deaf ears! I could easily hear the other residents TV's all the way down the hall. They Never responded to our needs. I also asked them to keep her fresh water and ice at all times. How hard could this be? Our only real concern for her not to dehydrate, since this happens often to patients in nursing homes! Another incident happened while she was there, her toilet wouldn't fill the tank ater first flush of the day! So for the entire day until I arrived every evening after my work day, the toiley wasn't flushed. There was fecal matter sitting there in it all day! How sanitary is that? I kept telling them it wasn't filling the tank, so I took it upon myself to figure it out. You have to physically turn off the water behind it and turn back on then the toilet tank filled! Those idiot maintenance people couldn't identitfy the problem but I figured it out and I am not a plumber! The business manager Stacy, was very rude to me Demanding mom's part of payment immediately. I got only ONE time this info. I have never had to go through this with an elderly family member so I was told by DSS that mom wouldn't have to pay unless she were long term! But Stacy again stated she had been at this job for 11 years and she knew what she was doing! I told her DSS knows their stuff too! Please do nnot put your Loved Ones here! IT"S NOT SAFE OR SANITARY! They let patients ring for their assistance and on two of my normal visits, two patients messed on theirselves and then they were upset they had to clean them up and believe me they don't clean patients very well there. Mom only received four bird baths not full showers while she was there and said she needed no PT! But get this when we arrived at home, later that day a guy stopped by to give mom PT, I declined and told him the doctor said it wasn't needed at Treyburn so it wasn't necessary Now! How dare they not tell a patient that they were sending someone to my house.

Often visited a friend there who had devestating family conflict. Her care was superlative, and the family drama was handled professionally and compassionately. She died there with dignity and love.

I currently work there it is a peaceful and pleasant work environment and most of all I truly love the residents. They are one of the main reasons why I continue to work there.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I would recommend this place to people I know. They were great. Their building was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall immediately when I walked in. It made me feel even more comfortable and secure that I was at a qualified place. They are one of the most respectful, attentive staffs I've ever seen anywhere. I've never seen them take personal phone calls while helping patients, and they always make sure each patient has everything they need. The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They genuinely care about everyone who visits. Thank you for taking care of my mom during her short visit. I was the child that had no complaints, and was able to clearly see your excellent service.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Some examples of service !!! Had hip replacement ! Came in for PT !! Requested pain medicine for servere pain after PT. Ask for it @ 4:30 am. Rec'd @ 9:15 a.m. Always "very" late when asking for any medicine or for anything else needed. Was told I could have a private room and was told "no problem" ! Put in a semi-private room - was told private room was being cleaned and it would only be a while before could get in the private room. Actually ending up being also 2 days !!! No one person there knows what is going on !!! Everyone has a different story as to why nothing is being done as was requested and according to Treyburn staff before entering was actually being told there would be no problem @ all for requests !! Have not seen 1 thing that has impressed !! Just very upset with the whole situation !!
