I've been here for 9 years and the staff has definitely gotten better under their administrator kim. My doctor visits me often and his assistant.

This place is awful. They pull everyone out of their rooms and leave them sitting in the hallways. The nurse at the station was too busy playing a game on his cell phone to even look up to see someone was standing there to speak to him. Rather then take someone who says then need to use the bathroom to the bathroom let let them mess their clothes. The social worker is a nasty person who finds it inconvenient to discuss the patient with the family. The nursing supervisor was very nice and helpful as well as the housekeeping staff. If this is the quality of a care facility associated with St. Johns Hospital, stay far away from St. Johns. I won't even send my dead dog there.

This nursing home can be dangerous . The director is negligent. Check the number of lawsuits successfully negotiated over the last 10 years. This dump should be closed. Oh, it LOOKS nice enough, but the lack of consideration and care is astounding. If you want your relative to die sooner rather than later, and of neglect, then you will like this place.

It is critical that we advocate for our elders care in their last days, months, years. The nursing care received at this facility is far below par and shameful. Unfortunately, this is a matter that must begin resolution at the corporate level as they, for the most part, control nurse and CNA to patient ratios. Finances aside, resident safety should be the highest priority for these amazing generations of people and nurse to patient ratios need to be increased in order to resolve the UNnecessary issues that have been witnessed at this facility. These issues include faulty nursing care like bed ulcers that go unresolved and falls that should have never happened. Gloves and briefs sometimes don't come in on time and staff is expected to make due.

If there is ever a question of abuse or neglect please file a formal complaint at (800)882-6006. Residents deserve better and we as a society have a duty to ensure mistreatment does not occur.

Family member has supposedly fallen many times even though they arrived as wheelchair bound, I do believe this is solely because of new employees who should really be trained and watched better
Currently, Nursing Staff and Aides, perform their duties as well as can be expected. I have noticed that they do get rid of employees whether nurses or aides that dont
Items do come up missing, nothing of value to anyone other than the family member, but still is a concern because they are never found and still have to be replaced.
